This not only affects the organisms' health but also poses potential risks to humans through seafood consumption.

During my visit to Ever Green Environmental in South Carolina, I found myself reflecting on Hines+Young's unwavering dedication to sustainability and mindful practices. For us, it was a crucial decision to use aluminum and glass packaging for our products, in lieu of single use plastics.
Peyton Munafo, the proprietor of Ever Green Environmental, seemed to resonate deeply with my values and warmly added, "Huge thanks to Hines+Young for steering clear of plastic. Believe me, we've had more than enough of it. Our planet deserves better." This shared concern for preserving our environment struck a chord, and Peyton continued, "Whether it's battling microplastics or preventing other forms of pollution, the effort to keep our surroundings clean truly uplifts me. I'm an outdoorsman and when I go into a place and I see trash and plastic it just makes my heart drop. I hate it.”
I confessed to Peyton that I’m more of an “indoorsman” and like to relax, but I also hate to see how much plastic waste is out there.
